Automations
Rules that do the repetitive work: when something happens in one module, check a condition, then act in the others. Rules that move money, issue documents or message clients wait for approval unless marked safe to run alone.

Automations, risk triggers and AI: who does what
Deterministic triggers create or escalate records. A risk trigger is a fixed rule on a date, a count or an amount, such as “quotation not opened for 14 days”. The same input always gives the same result. A trigger may open a risk, add an action or escalate an overdue one. It never decides the treatment.
Approved automations act on them. A rule on this page can run alone only after its owner approved it as safe. Rules that move money, message a client or change a commitment stop in the approval inbox every time.
AI explains and drafts, nothing more. It explains why a trigger fired, proposes a treatment and an owner, and drafts the follow-up. The risk owner and manager decide. Every run, proposal and decision is kept in the audit log with the person who decided.
