Record the outcome of each requirement line, convert awarded lines into delivery commitments, then update the annual plan and the catalog. A line is counted once: in the pipeline, as secured business, or as lost.
1Record the award per requirement line
| Line | Course and delivery year | Quoted | Outcome | Awarded seats | Awarded value | Reason and competitor, when known | Delivery commitment |
|---|
Awarded value = awarded seats × quoted price per seat. A converted line is locked: changing it needs a change to the batch. Reason and competitor are recorded when the client shares them; they feed the next quotation and catalog planning.
2Convert awarded lines into delivery commitments
| Line | Awarded | How it is delivered | Batch or planned run | State |
|---|
A private line becomes its own batch. Seats awarded on a non-private line are placed in a public run of the same course, which is how corporate demand supports a public programme. The line, the batch and the forecast keep the same tender and line numbers.
