Suggested resolution. B-2614 has 6 of 20 seats and is below break-even. If it is not confirmed by 25 Oct, release the week to the PD370 in-house course (16 seats, confirmed budget) and offer the 6 learners the next ML510 date. If it fills, 29 Nov is the first week Mahmoud Abdallah is free.
