Correct the name on a certificate
Your certificate shows the name on your learner profile at the time the course was completed.
Steps
- Open Help in the learner portal and choose “Certificate”.
- Attach a photo of the name page of your passport or national ID.
- We correct your profile and reissue the certificate within one working day.
What stays the same
The verification ID and link do not change. Anyone who checks the link sees the corrected name. The earlier PDF is marked as replaced.
