How the pool works
The purchase order covers 16 seats in open-enrolment batches during 2026. Each seat is invoiced at the course price when you assign it.
You can move a seat to another employee or batch free of charge until 7 days before day 1. After that the seat is used.
Private batches such as B31.8 in-house are priced as a programme and do not use seats.
Suggested use of the 2 free seats. Dalia Fouad leads the piping team and has no leadership course; Professional Piping Lead Engineer has no open batch before year end, so ask for one. Huda Al-Sayed works on corrosion and matches Fitness for Service on 1 Nov, which is full; the waitlist is open.
