Claiming holds the dates in your availability until operations confirms.
How claiming works
- Operations drafts a batch without an instructor and asks everyone approved for that course.
- The dates are held in your calendar. You can add a note, for example a preferred start time.
- Operations assigns you, usually within 2 working days. The batch appears in My sessions.
- Follows your rate card and is paid after delivery; see Payouts.
Two calls overlap in the week of 17 January 2027. Claim the one you prefer; the other stays open for another instructor.
ASME authorized programs can only be claimed by ASME authorized instructors. The team has asked for a copy of your authorization letter under Document requests.

Why these are needed
Authorizations and agreements. The team keeps a register of documents with a validity period so a batch is never scheduled with an expired one.
Batch documents. Slides, assessments and client paperwork tied to one batch, with a due date before the start.
Payout details. Needed once, and again when they change.
The validity period of the ASME instructor authorization is not assumed here. It is to be confirmed with ASME; the team only asks for a copy of the current letter.
