Loyalty programme
Tiers, points and rewards for customers who have joined the programme. Every change to a balance is a ledger line; a correction is a new line, never an edit.

Permitted offers
| Date | Customer | Type | Description | Record | Points | Balance after |
|---|
“Balance after” is the customer’s own running balance.
Adjustments and reversals are proposals first. An approved adjustment or reversal is posted as a new ledger line that names the line it corrects. The original line stays.
Propose an adjustment
To reverse an existing line, use “Reverse” on that line under Transactions.
Proposals and their outcome
| Date | Customer | Kind | Reason | Points | Status |
|---|
Approve and reject are simulated on this page. Until a proposal is approved the balance does not change.
Illustrative rules, not approved. Tier thresholds, earning rates, reward costs and the expiry period are settings waiting for a decision. You can change a threshold or a cost below to see the effect on this page; nothing is saved.

Hiding by role is static in this prototype and is not enforced authorization. The customer sees their own tier, balance and benefits in the corporate portal. The reliability rating is never shown there.
