Drop-off found. 18% of visitors leave the standard form at the invoice details block. Individuals paying by card rarely need a tax registration number. Showing that block only when "Invoice to a company" is ticked is estimated to recover 9 to 12 registrations a month.
How a form is chosen
- A form set on the batch is used first. Typical for in-person runs and private corporate runs.
- Otherwise the form set on the course template. Typical for courses with prerequisites or software.
- Otherwise the standard registration form.
